Snowy Day at Longwood Gardens — Part II

I have sooo many cute pictures from our Longwood Session! Here are a few more of my favorites …  The images below are compressed. Click here to visit the online gallery with uncompressed images.  I was wondering if Christian would like the snow. So, I unzipped him from his warm little hideout. Here’s the answer...

Kristin - O.K. I’m like a Preciousmemoriesbykate junkie today. I keep jumping on to look at the Longwood pictures and I was so excited to see that more were posted. I love the one of Aiden skipping towards the bridge, the one of Maliya kissing her Mommy, and the picture of Christian “scowling” at the snow. I can’t wait for more details about the next time you will be at Longwood. Aiden and I are ready to go back!!! In fact, if anyone would like to join us for a play date and lunch some time in December – Give me a call.

Tanna - I’m with you Kristen I love these pictures, I’m so glad we had a picture-perfect snowy day. Longwood is definitely a great place to go every season because they always have something new and it’s something that everyone in the family can enjoy and appreciate!

Lauren - These pictures are so cute!!! I think Aiden and Maliya (hope I spelled her name right Tana!) are such a cute little couple. Haha. Sorry Talbert, I know you’re trying to fight off all the little boys. I absolutely loved these pictures. There is something about little kids wobbling around in big puffy snow suits that just makes you laugh! Kate, i loved how you captured Aidens huge grin, Maliya’s precious smile, and Christian’s, well, not so happy face. And I also have to say, that picture of Kristin…GORGEOUS! What a beautiful sister I have! Not to mention how great all of the mommies looked!!! Beautiful! Great job girls, great job kids, and great job Kate!

Precious Memories by Kate - I agree with Lauren … that picture of Kristin is gorgeous! Very Calvin Klein (and I don’t mean the cat!).

Janet - You must enter the one of Aiden & the bridge into a Photo contest a SURE WIN!

Precious Memories by Kate - Thanks, Janet! I love that picture! I was sooo excited when we found the bridge! If I wasn’t supposed to be the one taking the pictures I would have gone running with my arms out wide. Now THAT would have been a picture:)

Snowy Day at Longwood Gardens

What a gorgeous snowy day!! I had plans to photograph my dynamic duo (plus one!) today at Longwood for an upcoming marketing piece. (Side note: The piece is for two special events I’ll be holding in January. One will be a weekday and the other a Saturday. Both will be mini-sessions at Longwood Gardens with...

tanna - Kate, these pictures are of course sooo cute! I’m so glad we ventured out to Longwood. It was so beautiful there and a wonderful place for the kids to experience their first snow, and what’s even better is that you caught all those great moments in their true essence.

Lindsay - These pictures are so adorable! I love the colors. They are so warm and inviting. The kids are super cute and I am so excited to see the little one of Susan (so cute). Thanks Kate for keeping me in touch!

Kristin - Kate, I love these pictures!! Thanks for posting a preview so quickly. We had such a blast yesterday. Longwood is a great place to bring your kids (especially two-year-olds who have lots of energy and can’t wait to discover new things). Aiden and Maliya were so excited about the snow and loved the children’s garden. Heck – I loved the children’s garden too! I felt like a little kid again running through with Aiden. (For once in my life I was glad to be 5’1″… considering that everything is in miniature.)

It made me so happy to see Aiden having such a great time. Thanks for capturing these precious memories for me.

Anonymous - Kate,

These are just so awesome!
Wish I had been there!

I Love Photoshop! – Delaware Photographer

It’s kind of funny how I’m so ADD with most things in my life except when it comes to Photoshop. I often can’t remember the beginning of my sentence halfway through — yet I can sit down at my computer and spend 10 hours straight on one picture. Well, whatever the explanation is behind the “strange...
