dreamy — delaware glamour photography

I e-mailed Sandi Wednesday night and asked if she had an outfit and a model that I could borrow for just 20 minutes on Thursday. My schedule is a tiny bit cramped at the moment since I’m still playing catch up from the week that I was sick, but I just HAD to get out and photograph someone in this field of crocuses. It’s not nearly as amazing as it was last year … but still, I couldn’t pass it by. So thanks to an awesome dress from Clothes in the Past Lane … and an awesome model (also from Clothes in the Past Lane!), we spent 30 minutes and captured some images that I adore.

I’m a nifty fifty girl and shoot 95% of my portraits with my beloved 50mm. These were all shot with a 24mm … which put me waaaay out of my comfort zone while shooting. But that’s a good thing every now and then.

And because I was shooting with a 24 mm, I only had to get on the ladder for one shot. And it’s my favorite! It’s the one shot that I wanted from our shoot. The rest were just giant bonuses : ) …

So dreamy. Alyssa, you’re so gorgeous!!!! Thank you so much for coming out and lying in the mud for me.

Happy Friday!

Kate
