A week before their wedding, I met up with Billy and Marta at Greystone Hall in West Chester and we sat and chatted about their big day. Marta was getting nervous. And so was I! Especially when Billy turned to me and said, “Kate. These pictures mean everything to Marta. So please, please, please if we need to redo anything throughout the day, just say so. We don’t want to miss anything.” I think this is how every bride and groom feel about their pictures. But there was just something about his face that really conveyed to me just HOW much these pictures matter.
The wedding day came … and it was beyond gorgeous. Just like I knew it would be. It was a real pleasure spending the day with such a wonderful group of people. And I hope with all my heart that the pictures are everything Marta and Billy wanted them to be : )
So … enough rambling … let’s get this day started! …
I love when all the girls are able to get ready together at one location. It makes for such a nice morning.

Sigh. The shoes. How I LOVE the shoes …

Marta was just such a stunning bride …

And on to Greystone we go. Here are the guys and the get-away car …

Greystone has beautiful grounds. We headed down to the far end of the lawn for the first look …

Um, isn’t this THE most romantic spot for a first look???!!!! …

And just one more of the shoes …

The flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS! …

I can’t even begin to say how hard it was to narrow this preview down to just the pictures I have posted here. There are just soooo many good ones from the day!
Marta and Billy … it was such a pleasure working with you guys. And we didn’t even have to do any do-overs ; )
Of course, it’s always a team effort to make a beautiful wedding. Here are some of the folks that helped make Marta and Billy’s day so special:
Happy Friday!
