Happiness is …
1. Belly laughing until your abs hurt. (Note to self: Do more sit ups. Your abs are weak.)
2. Frozen banana “ice cream”.
3. Lunch with good friends.
4. Lunch with good friends AND a bean brownie! (Go, go, go to Fresh Thymes Cafe in Wilmington and try their bean brownie. 60 calories … and it’s AMAZING!)
5. Bamboo yoga pants. Can’t tell you how happy I was to start pulling them back out now that the temperatures are falling at night.
And of course, happiness is YELLOW. And yellow flowers? WITH a baby AND a tub?????!!!! Now that’s almost too happy : ) …
We tried everything to get this little guy to smile. He was NOT having it. But that’s ok since he gave us plenty of cute litle looks. Here’s how he felt about all my ridiculous attempts at “funniness” …
And here he is saying, “you’re not funny, lady.” …
But we became friends once I gave him my rubber ducky … who is a teething baby’s best friend! …
