A slight change of plans in my life coupled with a nagging pain in my neck has led me to schedule a very last-minute trip out to San Diego. Just two weeks away! Can’t wait : ) I’ll be visiting the Egoscue clinic for some help with the pain in my neck (they always get me back on track!) and then will be spending some time chilling out on the beach for some 2014 goal setting. No doubt I’ll also be eating way more than I should, simply because there are so many restaurants out there that cater to folks like me who have food sensitivities. Not sure that I should admit this … but I get more excited about the food than anything else : )
I can take one more session while I’m out there … and could even do it on a Saturday! (December 7) If you’re interested, let me know! I’ll be staying in the Del Mar area but am always happy to travel a bit for a chance to work in new and exciting places with lovely people.
